The ideal candidate
Our ideal Paid Media Analyst is someone who shares our passion for search engines, numbers, and data! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, organized, and creative, and is constantly looking to exceed expectations to provide clients with an exceptional experience. This person has a minimum of one year of experience in executing PPC campaigns, experience managing campaigns across various sectors and industries, and is fluent in both French and English, both orally and in writing.

Key responsibilities
Campaign management, execution, and strategy
- Creation and management of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on increasing ROI for clients to help them reach their goals;
- Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance;
- Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to the client's websites and business activities;
- Take responsibility for campaign performance;
- Manage client budgets and keep campaigns within those budgets;
- Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance;
- Work on small to medium-sized accounts from different sectors;
- Work under the supervision of the assigned performance supervisor;
- Work toward obtaining Facebook certifications (an asset);
- Be able to create, present, and explain media plans for small and medium-sized clients.
Client engagement
- Communicate regularly with clients to discuss client expectations/goals, provide advice, and provide reports;
- Support the business development team in auditing potential accounts, developing strategies, and participating in presentations.
Industry and intellectual leadership
- Proactively identify new opportunities through betas or known best practices to continuously improve paid media campaign performance;
- Maintain Google Partner, Bing, and Facebook certifications, as well as any other relevant industry accreditations;
- Continuously research and test the latest paid marketing practices, and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends;
- Participation in networking and industry events.
Knowledge and skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- A university degree in marketing or any other related field;
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in executing PPC, Display, and SEM campaigns;
- A good understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant certifications are an asset;
- Experience managing campaigns in various sectors and industries (lead generation, e-commerce, branding, etc.);
- Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of the method for tracking and measuring results;
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple data points and analyses for a volume of campaigns;
- Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and sales;
- Excellent team spirit;
- Agency experience is an asset;
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken, allowing for effective communication with our bilingual clientele as well as with members of our national and international teams.
