🎯 Role Mission

Your mission will be key to optimizing the experience of our users and drivers in Chile. You will lead strategic projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and connect teams to drive the efficiency and quality of our service in the country.

🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

• You will manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and our user experience.
• You will proactively identify and analyze key opportunities for operational improvement, using data to propose innovative solutions that generate a tangible impact.
• You will act as a bridge between different business areas (Product, Marketing, Growth, etc.), facilitating communication and collaboration for the successful execution of cross-departmental initiatives.
• You will develop and monitor crucial KPIs, extracting insights that allow for the optimization of service performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, implementing solutions based on data and technology, including the application of AI for problem-solving.

🔍 What we are looking for

• University degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience (L3 - Senior) in project management and business analysis, preferably in operations or mobility environments.
• A proactive, critical mindset oriented toward solving complex problems, with a strong interest in the application of AI.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, with the ability to extract insights and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.
