The opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead one of the most strategically important functions within the agency.
At Reboot, data isn't tucked away in a corner. It influences how we deliver campaigns, how we develop products, how we pitch, how we innovate and how we differentiate ourselves in the market.
You'll work directly with the senior leadership team to evolve our data capability and help define what world-class data-led search marketing looks like in the AI era.
We're looking for a player-coach who wants to build a stronger team, world-class systems, smart products and industry-leading datasets.

Required skills
Experience leading an effective team
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel
Experience with web scraping libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)
