Cost Management Specialist

Overview

You will join the Cost Management Department, specifically the Info & Data Providers Management team, and will be responsible for supporting the evolution and quality of the central repository (INFOmatch tool), ensuring data reliability, reporting, and support for cost allocation processes. You will participate in the migration to the new cloud-based platform. You will oversee the accounts payable cycle for Infoproviders services, which are characterized by heterogeneous pricing models, predominantly foreign invoices, and specific administrative and tax requirements, ensuring operational continuity, accounting accuracy, and cost control.

What your activities will be

• Manage and maintain the INFOmatch Inventory Management System, the central repository for information regarding suppliers, contracts, products, and users of Infoproviders services;
• Execute imports from external sources, quality controls, consistency checks, and data updates, ensuring completeness and reliability;
• Produce reports;
• Manage the accounts payable cycle for Infoproviders services, verifying invoices, product coding, contractual conditions, and different pricing models, including consumption-based, bulk/non-consumption-based, and minimum thresholds;
• Ensure the correct management of foreign invoices and related administrative and tax requirements, interfacing with suppliers and relevant internal functions;
• Handle billing reconciliation and use billing data to support cost monitoring, forecasting, and budgeting;
• Identify potential cost-efficiency actions related to Infoproviders.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 5-10 years of experience;
• Experience in managing complex applications, databases, and inventory management systems;
• Experience in administrative processes, accounts payable/supplier accounting, invoice control, or billing reconciliation, with the ability to analyze contractual conditions and pricing models;
• Degree in Economics, Management, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, performing checks, reconciliations, and structured analyses;
• Knowledge of data quality processes, data import, and report production;
• Knowledge of the SAP application and the main processes of the accounts payable cycle and the administrative and tax elements related to invoicing;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of Infoproviders services and participation in application or cloud migration projects.
