CV&T-Commercial Intern

Job Responsibilities

· Under company policies and compliance guidelines, systematically learn medical foundations, product knowledge, and industry compliance standards;

· Familiarize yourself with academic communication and professional exchange techniques as well as daily business processes through simulation exercises and observation; no business targets are assigned;

· Collect market information and write market research reports through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods;

· Assist with pre-academic meeting arrangements and material preparation;

· Participate in team weekly and monthly meetings, assist the team with daily data aggregation, work progress tracking, and other internal operational support;

· Master company compliance policies, operating standards, and behavioral norms related to promotional activities;

· Actively participate in team periodic training and complete periodic professional knowledge assessments and internship performance evaluations.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree

· Major: Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields

· Internship availability: At least 3 working days per week for 3 months or more; long-term interns are preferred

· Behavioral traits:
