In Zürich we offer you two exciting places to work: the 25hours Hotel Zürich West and Langstrasse. Both hotels tell their own story - as do our colleagues. Our ambience is multicultural, our philosophy is unconventional. We are a young team and love our first-name culture mixed with a good upbringing. Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, a bar - versatile possibilities to organize parties and events in the house. You make sure that all event rooms are sold and that every event runs smoothly.

Job Description

How does your working day looks like ...

• You take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from morning until night

• You coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has the information they need

• You are responsible for all group requests starting from 8 rooms

• You prepare offers, contracts, and invoices

• You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and make all arrangements for the perfect check-in and stay

• You meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication

• You put forward proposals in the company’s best interests in order to achieve optimal capacity utilisation

• You keep a cool head – even when every room in the house is sold and the phones are ringing off the hook

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have professional experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality

• You are an open and communicative person who isn’t afraid to assert yourself when needed

• You enjoy working with people and inspiring them

• You are enthusiastic about great food and drinks and love discovering new concepts

• You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table

• You speak German and English fluently

Additional Information
