Support Manager (m/f) in the SME Center Zagreb

(work location: Zagreb)

The position includes:

• support tasks for relationship managers in providing services and selling products to clients
• collecting and entering financial statements into the system and reclassifying data
• responsibility for the accuracy of data in banking systems
• taking care of the collection of due liabilities
• collecting documentation from clients for the purpose of resolving covenants
• ensuring the exchange of documentation with other departments in the bank for the purpose of providing services to clients and responding to client requests

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:

• University degree in Economics
• at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar jobs
• proficiency in MS Office tools
• active knowledge of English in speech and writing

Ideal candidates for this position demonstrate:

• developed sales and communication skills
• analytical organization, systematic approach, and precision in work
• inclination towards teamwork
