About The Opportunity

Bring your leadership experience, industry experience, and project management experience to our Project Reticulation Team Leader Role. The role will provide direction, instruction, and guidance to the Project Reticulation Team for the purpose of delivering a safe and reliable drinking and wastewater service. A core component of this role will be delivering projects on behalf of Water Services.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prioritise, schedule, and coordinate daily work programs for employees involved in planned and unplanned works.
• Organise employees and other resources to meet agreed outcomes.
• Work autonomously, using initiative and practical judgement, to ensure the assigned work is carried out.
• Provide input into budgets and monitoring of expenditure.
• Prepare reports covering investigations, status reports, specifications, and similar documents.
• Manage administrative duties and the development of procedures, work instructions, and standards.
• Provide leadership to direct reports, including promoting an engaged safety culture, fostering an engaged and motivated high-performing team, and addressing performance concerns as they arise.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

• Possession of a Certificate IV in Project Management, or equivalent qualification/demonstrated experience.
• High-level knowledge of water and sewerage reticulation systems, including a working knowledge of critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• High level of oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external parties.
• Possession of a current Class 'C' Driver's Licence
