YOUR TEAM

Your mission will be to ensure the correct accounting record of the company's daily operations, guaranteeing the consistency of the accounting books, compliance with basic tax obligations, and timely reconciliation of accounts to support monthly and annual closings with accurate and reliable information.

HOW WILL YOU HELP US ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION?

• Accounting Recording and Centralization: Timely record purchase, sales, expense reimbursement, and professional fee receipt transactions in the ERP, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers and balance sheet/income statement accounts.
• Account Reconciliations: Perform periodic reconciliations of accounting accounts, credit cards, and transitory accounts, identifying and resolving pending items to maintain the integrity of the balance sheet.
• Support for Monthly Accounting Closings: Actively collaborate in the monthly closing process by calculating and recording expense provisions, accruals of company operations, and amortization and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Tax Compliance and Support: Validate and safeguard the supporting documentation for operations (electronic invoices, DTEs, credit/debit notes) and assist in preparing information for sworn tax returns and monthly taxes (e.g., Form 29 / VAT).
• Account Analysis: Analyze balances of customer, supplier, and general expense accounts to detect deviations, duplicates, or inconsistencies before issuing financial statements.
• Audit and Reporting Support: Prepare working papers, backup folders, and supporting reports requested by external or internal auditors.
• Operational Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to work spreadsheets and accounting area routines using digital tools (advanced Excel or productivity/AI tools such as Claude to streamline mechanical tasks).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Alignment with our principles
• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Business Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis and management.
• Experience in automation and application of Artificial Intelligence (Claude/Python)
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing roles.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail for problem-solving and precision in financial data.
• Organizational skills and proactivity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
