Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Identifying, uncovering, and managing situations that cause conflicts of interest, as well as conducting conflict of interest investigations.
  • Responding to supervisory inquiries.
  • Maintaining and regularly reviewing internal policies related to the compliance area.
  • Performing second-level controls and conducting training sessions.
  • Maintaining and keeping up-to-date records related to the compliance area.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc compliance reports, management information materials, and reports.
  • Performing compliance-related screenings, checks, and investigations.
  • Conducting compliance and conflict of interest checks for new hires, as well as preliminary compliance due diligence for business partners and partner companies.
  • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks.
  • Supporting data provision and reporting tasks related to internal and external audits and inspections.

This is for you if:

  • You have a higher education degree in economics.
  • You have at least 3 years of banking experience.
  • Your English language skills are active.
  • You know and apply MS Office at a user level.
  • Adhering strictly to deadlines and rules is not a problem for you.
  • Your work is characterized by precision, efficiency, independence, and responsible performance.
  • You have good presentation skills.
  • You are flexible in your personality and have an open mindset.
  • Your coordination and organizational skills are outstanding.
