Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Identifying, uncovering, and managing situations that cause conflicts of interest, as well as conducting conflict of interest investigations.
- Responding to supervisory inquiries.
- Maintaining and regularly reviewing internal policies related to the compliance area.
- Performing second-level controls and conducting training sessions.
- Maintaining and keeping up-to-date records related to the compliance area.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc compliance reports, management information materials, and reports.
- Performing compliance-related screenings, checks, and investigations.
- Conducting compliance and conflict of interest checks for new hires, as well as preliminary compliance due diligence for business partners and partner companies.
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks.
- Supporting data provision and reporting tasks related to internal and external audits and inspections.
This is for you if:
- You have a higher education degree in economics.
- You have at least 3 years of banking experience.
- Your English language skills are active.
- You know and apply MS Office at a user level.
- Adhering strictly to deadlines and rules is not a problem for you.
- Your work is characterized by precision, efficiency, independence, and responsible performance.
- You have good presentation skills.
- You are flexible in your personality and have an open mindset.
- Your coordination and organizational skills are outstanding.
