Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Advisors play an essential role in sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and selecting the best external and internal talent for the organization. As Internal Mobility Advisors, they play a key role in facilitating career progression and development opportunities for employees within the company, drawing on their deep knowledge of the communities of expertise they support and the specific needs of projects.

What You Will Do

  • Develop recruitment strategies and selection processes to meet the hiring needs of all studios in the region.

  • Support and guide managers in meeting their recruitment needs, acting as a trusted advisor regarding talent selection.

  • Guide candidates and employees throughout the selection process + document interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Talent Mapping: TA&IM Advisors must have deep knowledge of the organization's talent pool and skills in order to match internal candidates with open positions. They must stay informed of industry trends, competitive context, and evolving talent market dynamics in order to refine recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine if they are qualified for specific positions. They are competent in creating structured selection processes, including effective interviews, and in evaluating candidates' capabilities.

  • Organizational Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the company's structure, departments, functions, and roles is essential. Advisors must be able to identify potential candidate profiles against open positions. They must provide guidance on how employees can progress and develop within the company, drawing on tools and frameworks developed specifically for career mobility.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate compensation and job offers to attract the best candidates while respecting internal equity and C&B criteria. Additionally, internal mobility often involves convincing employees to accept a priority position that may not be their preferred choice. Advisors must have the skills to negotiate recruitment options with employees in such scenarios to ensure that company priorities are met.

  • Feedback Management: Provide constructive feedback to candidates and employees in a professional and constructive manner, regardless of the outcome.
