Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Coordinating the work of the bank group's governing bodies and performing secretarial duties for these boards.
• Preparing meetings and ensuring the documentation background related to the operation of the boards.
• Maintaining contact with the parent company and providing data to the parent company.
• Coordinating the work of the bank group's steering and operational committees, organizing meetings, and ensuring the documentation background and information flow between committees.
• Performing tasks related to the communication of governing bodies with external professional and supervisory authorities, and providing data.

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Your English language skills are outstanding in both speaking and writing.
