What the Role Involves

As Office Manager at Dulcedo, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and travel, managing office supplies, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain an efficient work environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and team members, you will represent the company with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive impression for our clients, partners and employees.

What you will do day to day: Open and close our beautiful office in Old Port from Monday to Thursday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and on Fridays (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). Manage reception: answer calls and emails, welcome staff and visitors, and handle deliveries with a smile. Ensure that meeting rooms and common areas (kitchen, etc.) are clean, ready and welcoming. Track and manage multiple inventories (supplies, snacks, equipment) and monitor event-related expenses. Organize and maintain the storage unit. Plan and book travel (flights, hotels, cars) for our talent, clients and internal team members, as needed. Source fun goodies to add to the year-end gift boxes for the team. Coordinate the technical and logistical needs for new employees' arrival (laptops, tools, etc.) so they feel well welcomed from day one.

What you bring: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role. Live in Montreal and be enthusiastic about coming into the office every day. Fully bilingual in French and English, required for this bilingual position. This role involves employees and clients outside Quebec where English is necessary. Excellent organizational and time-management skills and a proactive mindset. Desire to invest in the long term: you are looking for a place to grow, not just a stepping stone. Positive, solution-oriented attitude: you take action and like moving things forward. Very good communication skills: your emails are clear and your tone is professional and warm. Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Reliability, attention to detail and enthusiasm for supporting your team. Soft Skills & The Dulcedo DNA At Dulcedo, we look for more than a resume: we look for energy. You stand out through your initiative, curiosity and desire to make things happen. Your positive attitude, team spirit and way of lifting up those around you are contagious. You love new challenges, stay calm under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, stimulating environment. You are a true self-starter: passionate, persevering and action-oriented, always motivated by projects, goals and opportunities to surpass yourself. In short: you are full of drive, creative and structured, and you know how to balance rigour, fun and performance, the three pillars of our culture at Dulcedo.

Life at Dulcedo! Unlimited paid vacation: Yes, really. Enjoy a real work-life balance with the freedom to take the time you need, when you need it! 12 personal days per year: One day off every month to rest, recharge or simply catch your breath. Flexible work environment: Minimal office presence for those who live near one of our hubs, so you can easily adapt your schedule. Montreal & Toronto offices: Snacks, an incredible atmosphere and pet-friendly spaces. What more could you ask for? Remote work: Perfect for travelers, expats or digital nomads who want to advance their careers without staying in one place. Freestyle Fridays: We finish at 2:00 p.m. ET every Friday. Long weekends... every week. Comprehensive insurance: Dental, vision and medical coverage for you and your loved ones. Professional growth: Real opportunities for internal advancement in a fast-growing company where the sky is truly the limit. The best of both worlds: The energy of a startup with over 15 years of experience and the stability of a well-established organization.

NB: Intermediate English proficiency is required to communicate with international employees, colleagues and talent.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring everyone feels included, supported and valued. If you need special accommodations during the application process, write to us at talentacquisition@dulcedo.com and we will adapt the process to your needs.
