Overview

Within the Internal Audit function, you will contribute to the independent assessment of technological risks and the verification of the adequacy of IT controls in both domestic and international contexts. The role requires an integrated approach that combines technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.

What your activities will be

• Evaluate key ICT and Cybersecurity risks related to infrastructure, applications, and innovation projects (e.g., cloud, AI, digital platforms) and the Group's digital transformation;
• Verify compliance with key regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS 2, EBA Guidelines) and internal regulations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement;
• Conduct audits on IT and cybersecurity controls, evaluating their effectiveness and adequacy in both domestic and international contexts;
• Draft concise and effective audit reports, interacting with stakeholders at an international level;
• Monitor the implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions over time and track the evolution of the ICT risk profile;
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure an integrated view of technological risk.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• University degree in Computer Science, Science, or Engineering

• Proficiency in market frameworks such as: COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001/27002.

• Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) and related security architectures

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies and use cases in the financial sector.

• Understanding of IT architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, containerization, DevSecOps)

• Excellent command of the English language, with excellent writing and communication skills;

• Availability for short business trips, including abroad;

• Professional certifications in the audit field such as CIA, CISA, CISM are a plus

3 years of experience in ICT audit is required, gained at audit firms, consulting firms, or within ICT Audit functions, preferably in the Banking and/or Financial sector.
