Senior Manager (m/f) for Credit Risk Assessment

(work location Zagreb)

The position includes:

• credit risk assessment tasks for small, medium, and large enterprises
• preparation of risk opinions on the acceptability of proposed transactions and clients
• participation in transaction structuring, proposing, and verifying credit ratings for clients and groups of connected persons
• participation in the development of methods and processes for analyzing specific client segments and current procedures
• decision-making up to the level of assigned authority and proposing approval conditions to higher decision-making bodies

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:

• University degree in Economics

• experience in the same or similar jobs is preferred

• excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing

• advanced use of MS Office tools

• advanced knowledge of:

• financial statement analysis and preparation/analysis of future cash flow projections

• market analysis and specificities of individual sectors

• banking products and collateral instruments

• methods for risk analysis and assessment in project financing

• banking regulations

• conciseness and clarity in oral and written expression
• strong independence in drawing conclusions and making decisions on risky transactions
• expertise and assertiveness in finding optimal solutions in the approval processes for complex risky transactions
