If you are a precise, reliable person with a strong aptitude for customer service and a passion for the restaurant industry, this could be the right opportunity for you!

For our F&B outlet "Alimentari," we are looking for a barista to handle the preparation of drinks, food, and coffee; you will also handle counter service and payment management. You will collaborate with and support colleagues during service in the dining area.

The ideal candidate does not necessarily need experience, but knowledge of the F&B sector and possession of the HACCP mod. A certificate are preferred, and you must speak fluent Italian and English.

Activities include:

  • Coffee preparation
  • Preparation of the display case and dishes
  • Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Keeping the counter and department areas clean
  • Providing table service

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Food knowledge: standard dishes and drinks
  • Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of English and Italian
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Aptitude for customer service.
  • Manual dexterity and precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Previous experience as a barista or experience in delicatessens.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including flexible ones, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of cash register operation

We offer a full-time fixed-term contract aimed at permanent employment, with classification at level C3 of the CCNL Tourism and a base gross annual salary (RAL) of € 22.400,00

Working hours divided into 5 UNIQUE weekly shifts of 8 hours.
