Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Advising retail customers on daily financial matters, as well as unsecured loans, investments, and insurance.
• Building investment portfolios that align with customer needs and risk appetite.
• Acquisition and active cross-selling.
• Organizing and conducting customer meetings.

This is for you if:

• You have at least a secondary education and an MNB capital market broker certification or its equivalent.
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a retail advisor in banking customer service.
• You have professional experience in lending and investments.
• You have a customer-centric mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
