Responsibilities:

• Participation in internal audit missions carried out at the Bank level.
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting information necessary for audit activities.
• Performing tests and formulating audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Participating in the preparation of audit reports and monitoring the implementation of issued recommendations.
• Contributing to the evaluation of the efficiency of processes, internal control mechanisms, and risk management.
• Collaborating with Bank subdivisions to identify opportunities for improving processes and controls.

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

• Higher education in economics, accounting, finance, or other relevant fields.
• Knowledge in the financial-banking field, accounting, risk management, and banking operational processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English.
• Analytical and synthesis capacity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Communication and collaboration skills with various Bank subdivisions.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
