Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a TLSE Administrator (Assessment & Progression). This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a large Professional Services team supporting our teaching, learning and student experience activities within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:
Creating and managing online assessment submission areas
Monitoring extensions and applying late penalties
Preparation of exam papers
Servicing Examination Boards
Checking, updating and publishing student results

Essential Criteria:
- Relevant knowledge and experience of student administrative policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide information, advice and guidance whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good digital literacy skills.
- Experience of working in a team environment within a large organisation.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working with relevant University systems, e.g. Campus Solutions and Canvas.
